Visits are a minimum of 30 minutes in length and include essential care such as feeding, refreshing water, and cleaning the litter box. The remainder of the visit is dedicated to enriching your pet's experience beyond basic care, including engaging playtime, affectionate cuddles, grooming, and more. For extended visits, we provide a 1-hour option priced at $58, available every day, as well as weekend and overnight stays for $95.

Yes, we provide an update through our email, text message or WhatsApp for every visit. Please know that no matter what, if anything is found amiss in your home or with your cats you will be notified immediately.

We are experienced with the administration of most medications. Of course, our success is dependent on your cat's temperament. For new clients, we recommend a trial run prior to your departure. Medication administration: $4 fee.

Just go ahead and fill out our free meet and greet form, and we'll go from there. The more notice you give us, the better!

The more notice you provide, the better. However, we understand that last-minute travel is sometimes unavoidable and that last-minute opportunities present themselves. In such instances, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, there is no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a charge equal to one visit. During the following holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, seven days' notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge.

Payment is due two days after the last date of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle, checks, and credit cards. Outstanding balances will be subject to a $35 fee. Subsequent booking requests will not be confirmed until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Yes. There is a $5 fee per day for major holiday dates (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
